You may return new unused items sold by Razoyorc.com within 9 days from delivery for a refund minus shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. When processing your refund, shipping costs will be subtracted even if free shipping was applied. Your return will be rejected if sent without an Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Include Receipt #, date of purchase, full name and reason for return. Customer service will contact you via email within 2 business days with your return information. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery. Razoyorc.com reserves the right to inspect all returned products.
Items that are Not Returnable
razoyorc.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Crashed or used plane or accessories.
- Any product missing parts
- Any plane that has been partially assembled
General Warranty Information for RedCat Products
These warranties cover defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly at factory only. All replacement parts and warranty approvals are at the sole discretion of RedCat. These warranties do not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation. Redcat does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in any way. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all returned items must first receive a return merchandise number from Redcat prior to shipment. If the item was purchased from a Redcat reseller, the return must be handled through them directly and they may have different policies regarding returns.
